CF Builder Trial link broken

I found a discussion thread here CF Builder 3 Trial Download Broken from about a year ago but I don't see the problem fixed.

I have been charged with a CF site that I am supposed to get up and running. I have both a Linux (home development machine) and an Apple (work development machine) that I would like to get this running locally on my development machines to prove up that we can manage CF sites.

How do I get a trial download link so I can do this?
