Yes, the Developer Exchange. It has been pulled off the web, as was discussed here some time ago.

It was called "ColdFusion Exchange" and it disappeared without any notification. I inquired via Twitter and was told that they are looking into it and still looking into it.

I think Karolus is interested in purchasing some software (scripts, libraries, tags, etc) that is written using ColdFusion.

I'm looking for a similar marketplace to what Adobe had offered in the past and then recently removed without any notice or providing an archive. It's since been usurped to market "Add-ons to enhance the functionality of Creative Cloud and Creative Suite". There were lots of third-party ColdFusion tags and libraries available, but now there aren't any.
