CF MX7 install to a new Server

I need to migrate an old CF MX7 install to a new server. Does anyone know if I need to get new license Keys generated or if I can use the same license key on the new server? If I need a new license Key how do I get one generated?

take out the serial number from old server which has cf 7 and insert the same serial number to new installl of cf 7
