CF Nature?

If you have imported or created a non-ColdFusion project, you can later apply ColdFusion Builder functionality, such as preview, editing, and debugging. To apply CF Nature to a non-ColdFusion project, right-click the project in the Navigator view and select Apply CF Nature.

It will add the pref's and other files to a project that wasn't created with the file/new CF project to make that project a CF project
