When shall one set sessioncookie.disableupdate=true and authcookie.disableupdate=true?  Whenever session variables are set ourselves using cfheader or cfcookie? 

Is this a new requirement?  What do they do exactly?

We used to set setClientCookies=false and that's all we need to do before CF10.  Please advice.
