CF10 install on NEW Server2008 Fails

HI All

I am setting up a testing/CF10 Server on a NEW Server2008/R2/64bit server.

I am getting the attached errors.

Any suggestions?   It certainly seems like I have the required components in place.

    AND CGI must be enabled/installed.

    Works after that.
