CF10 Scheduler / Quartz Delayed HTTP Requests

Problem

Even though a task fires on it's shceduled runtime, the pertinent HTTP access log for the target URL show that the actual HTTP request is not until roughly 10-15 minutes later (consistantly.)

Details

The issue is occuring with all tasks.

I have no "misfire" logic setup

It is consistant and has eben happening since inception.

Conclusion

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if anyone needs anymore information please let me know.
