CF10 Update 18 installation instructions regarding bug 3982328 and wsconfig -upgrade

"If the fix for bug 3982328 is not needed, WSConfig upgrade command can be used to reconfigure the connector."

This implies that I can't use "wsconfig -upgrade" if I do want the fix for that bug. Can someone clarify?

Yes, that is my understanding as well. Rebuild your connectors by removing and re-adding them.
