CF11 failed to bind LDAPS

While try to setup a CF11 and use cfldap to a LDAP server with SSL (self signed cert), the self-signed root cert is added into the default "cacerts" file, but still failed to bind.  It works from version CF7 to CF9.  I even tried in CF10, also not work.  Any body can help???  Million thanks!!!!!
