cf2025 and ckeditor

I'm curious if anyone testing out cf2025, that uses CKeditor has figured out what to do about the out of date messages that it produces when using ckeditor?   I will probably just convert them all to regular text areas, its just pretty annoying how its not up to date with cf2025.  I'm running a development box using the development version.

The fact that that message is shown is poor practice by the ColdFusion team. CKEditor is part of their software. So it is their responsibility to upgrade it, not yours. You should therefore report this as a bug.

There is something else. The ColdFusion team is thinking of phasing out CKEditor. Will that have an impact on your application? If so, then send an e-mail to  cf-deprecation@adobe.com and tell them about it.

Thanks for the information and that link pointing to the phase out.  I had been moving away from the ckeditor for the past couple years and this error and that post pretty much nailed the coffin closed in my book.

I have been using Summernote for the past couple of years.  Even wrote a connector for CF that enabled file and image uploads.  Great little in-browser editor.
