CF8 and Perf_monitor error

I updated to CF8 Standard edition (on Windows Sercer 2003 with IIS 6) and now when I try to use GetMetricData("PERF_MONITOR") I get the following error - The Metrics service is not available.This exception is usually caused by service startup failure. Check your server configuration.

I don't recall if something in CF8 admin needs to get set or if in Windows Server? Any ideas out there? Thanks.

    Normally you just need to tick the Enable Performance Monitoring in the Debug Output section of the CF Admin, but I can't seem to get the option to save or the counters to work: see my post the other day.
