CF8 CFExecute not seeing Flash Player

I can run a screen capture software executable from the cmd line and it  captures a flash website fine. However, when I try this from CFExecute,  it says no flash player is installed. Latest Flash Player has been  installed for IE 8 32 bit. Please advise. Thanks.

    What screen would the software be capturing on the server?  Which, after all, is where CFEXECUTE would be running.

    Is CF running on your local machine? And what command do you actually run through CFEXECUTE?
