CF8 CFIDE folder gone after upgrading then uninstalling CF7

How do I get back the CFIDE directory for CF8 after I just upgraded, migrated my settings, then uninstalled CF7? I know I should have backed it up but I didn't. My sites still run, but I have no admin, and no CFIDE! This is for a CF8 multi-server Jrun Ent config. I have the cf7settings migration folder so I'm hoping there's an easy way to reinstall CF8 and migrate my CF7 settings so I don't have to rebuild everything. Can anyone suggest a course of action here?

Also, I have two more servers to upgrade. How, exactly, am I supposed to uninstall CF7 but keep my settings so CF8 can migrate them? Seems like they get wiped out either way (uninstalled before or after the upgrade), unless I back up the CF8 CFIDE before uninstalling CF7.

    You need to run the connectors again which are located in
    c:\coldfusion8\bin\connectors\
    So open command prompt go to above folder and run connector depending on ur platform.
    If you run IIS then just run IIS_Connector
