CF8 FCKEditor + Shared Host Evironment

I am on a shared host environment and need to provide clients with a customized skin and tool set for the FCKEditor (richtext=true) in CF8.

Since the CFIDE folder is mapped virtually, and not accessible to the hosted domains' webroot, how is it possible to provide custom configs to individual domains?

Thanks in advance for suggestions/solutions!

Side note: I would love for adobe to make the rich text editor available in Flash Forms!
