CF8 Migration - slow page loading

I migrated my dev PC to CF8 and the general response from the server IIS is very slow. Pages take minutes to render. When CF7 was running they were very fast. I have uninstalled CF8 and reinstalled no change. I have a laptop that is CF8 and I copied the files to it set up the same datasources and it is very fast. Our production server is very fast on CF8. All suggestions welcome.
