cf8 standard version and IIS5
Status:
-- my xp box has cf4.5 installed using IIS5.1 web server at port 8000
and it's desirble to keep cf4.5 running at least for now.
-- cf8 standard 30day trial version for Windows is currently running and it
points to its internal jrun web server (web port:8501, jrun and its web server
communication port: 2930).
-- netstate scan has the following info (correction of my previous note of using
port 1320, that's actually pid):
6 instances of jrun running at ports:1037 & 2522 & 2930 & 6085 & 7999 & 8501
(I believe jrun's version is 4)
inetinfo running at port:8000
Task:
what are the configuration files that I need to edit to make the cf8 app server
to point to my existing IIS5.1 web server at port 8000 and be able to use its
admin functions? The approach of un-installing and re-installation has not
worked.
Many thanks.
