CF9.01 Upgrade

I'm trying to upgrade from 9.0 to 9.01 in order to use Mura. (Our hosting center never did the upgrade.)

I ran the hotfixes on Adobe's page, but that doesn't seem to upgrade the server. It still says 9.0. Is there an actual "upgrade" file that needs to run first? ie not just a hotfix

I think CF9 support ended in 2014, but can I at least get the upgrade to 9.01?
