CF9 Admin page not loading.

Hi, my laptop died this past weekend, so bought a new one. I installed CS5 abd CF9 on the new pc and then copied all my web files over from my old hard drive. I defined a site I have that uses a datasource, so I tried to open CF Admin to define the datasource, and the Admin page wouldn't load. The URL looks like so:

http://127.0.0.1:8500/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm

but I get a 500 Internal error.

When I initially installed CF9 and ran the server config, everything seemed fine. I went to the admin page, which contained the datasources CF comes with. Again, I did copy my old web files INSIDE the wwwroot folder from my old hard drive that was running CF8. It came up with several instances of folders that I simply clicked the merge with option. Not sure whats going on, so any help is greatly appreciated.

    Have you looked at the various *-out log files to see if any interesting errors are popping up?
