CF9: cflayout tab tinymce firefox

We want to migrate our application from cf8 to cf9. But tinymce would not load under cflayout "tab" with firefox. the editor load only in the first "active" tab. Under IE the editor loads but without content. Any ideas to fix this issues?

also having this same problem - has an answer been found? of note: it was not working in our CF8 instance either.

Thanks for any insight or pointing my nose in the right direction to find a solution!
