Cf9 licenses

Howdy,

We have an app running with Cf9 Standard. We would like to expand this app to 3 servers, along with a hardware load balancer, to help with anticipated traffic increases. I would prefer not to have to upgrade to CF10 across the board. Where can I get CF9 licenses?
