CF9 Scheduled Task Not Sending Email

I have set up a scheduled task in ColdFusion Administrator using CF9. This is set up to go to a specified URL, and when this is run in a browser it sends an email as expected. However, when using the scheduled tasks, nothing happens. I have viewed the scheduler.log file and it says that it is executing as expected. One thing I have noticed, is that there is nothing under the Application Name in the server.log file.

Any suggestions here would be most welcome.

I have figured this out, it was because the file was in a directory that needed to be logged into.
