CFB Setup Issues when using Virtual Hosts

Question

I am new to CFB and am struggling to get it set up to work with virtual hosts on my local development server.

Here's the setup;

Windows XP
Apache 2.2 (using virtual hosts)
CF 11
RDS enabled
CF Builder 3

I can get CFB working with RDS, Debugging, etc when I disable virtual hosts. However, as soon as I try to use it with virtual hosts I cannot get RDS and debugging to work.

The response to this question has been decidedly underwhelming to say the least.

Perhaps someone could at least provide some insight into why there's been no response...

1) Badly worded question

2) Not enough info provided

3) Everybody else is stumped

4) Adobe can't be bothered to support their products
