cfcontent on VMWare fails in IE7

Here's what I've tested, what passes and fails:

localhost + CF8 + cfcontent + IE7 = pass
localhost + CF8 + cfcontent + FF = pass
dev server + CF6 + cfcontent + IE7 = pass
VMWare + CF8 + cfcontent + FF = pass
** VMWare + CF8 + cfcontent + IE7 = fail

This doesn't make any sense to me, just wondering if it makes sense with some of you out there.

    The VM is IIS6 and CF8...

    Edit: it seems that if I remove the cfheader line about pragma, it works:
