cfdocument chopping off text

I'm using CF 8 with Cumulative HotFix 3 installed. Text line is being chopped off. Half of the text is at the bottom of one page, the rest on the top of next. See at http://www.larimer.org/temp/brochure.pdf , bottom of page 2.Creating code at http://www.larimer.org/temp/brochure.txt.
