cfdump fails

I am new to CF Builder and have CF9 Developer.  While doing ColdFusion 9 New Features With Daniel Short, I get the java method secuity exception error with cfdump.  Is this because I need to purchase CF 9 Standard first?   I am allowing everything I can figure under Sandbox Security in my CF Administration.  I am reading a lot in the Knowledge Base, but cannot seem to resolve this.  Any leads?
