cferror NOT WORKING

Does anyone know of a setting in CF administrator or IIS that would prevent the cferror tag from working?

CF 6.1 on IIS6 server 2003


I placed it in the application.cfm file but it did not work.

I tried it on my unix server and it worked fine.
