cfexchangeconnection 302 in response

Hi! 

I am having a LOT of trouble connecting to my exchange servers - which return a 302 redirect when connected to.   cfexchangeconnection seems to halt immediately when the 302 is seen.   

Is this a known issue with the connection capabilities?

    Ah - I should add this is a new install of CF 10.   I have loaded the certs on my system and can get to the login page using wget.
