CFFILEUPLOAD custom error if flash add-on is not enabled

Hi ColdFusion community.

Some of my users do not have flash add-on installed in Internet Explorer so when they open a page that uses cffileupload, they get a bad looking red cross and a gray border (see below).

How can I present a nice message when this happens? Something like " Adobe Flash is required for this page to work properly. Get it from...."
