cfform issues

Ok I have an events calendar with two flash cfforms. I have read of several issues this tag seems to have, in particular, one being when you click back in your browser, the "movie form" doesnt refresh. The biggest problem I'm having however is that the page works fine on my local server, but on my remote server the cfforms don't show up at all. I'm not sure if this is a CF issue with the tag or not. I will say that I am running CF 8 locally and my remote server is running CF 9. I have tried to find an explanation for this issue, but have yet to find anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
