cfftp throwing bogus timeout error

Running CF8 with cummulative patch 3 (chf8000003.jar).

Whenever a cfftp attempts to get a file larger than 4mb, it throws a timeout error, even though the copy completes.

I applied cummulative patch 3 hoping to correct this, but it doesn't appear to have any effect.

    At Sankaram's suggestion (off post), I placed the timeout parameter in the getfile operation (instead of the open operation as the CFML Reference instructs), and it worked.

    I have tried as big as 10 MB pdf file transfer through FTP and I don't get any timeout errors on CF8 + chf8000003.jar. Can you check
    whether you have very low timeout setting. I have done testing with 30sec timeout setting and all seems to be fine with this.
