CFGrid Certificates in CF7

I have tasked with solving an issue that I have no idea how to fix.  I have posted this before but I do not think I described my problem properly.  Did ntos eem to be a way to edit a post so I am re-writing it.

We are using Coldfusion MX7 and I am using CFGrid in one my applications that reside inside a intranet network. The clients are running Windows XP and IE 7.  The applications are used by 500 retail stores all of which are on a closed system (no access to the internet).

I am trying to avoid having to tell 500 stores to click Run on the certificate screen. I just want the gird to work when they first start it. I have found the keytool.exe and am trying to hunt down the certificate files. I have tried two files that I thought were the right file but they have not worked.

What certificate file can I push down to the stores so they do not have to click Run?

I believe you are looking for this: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/845/cpsid_84585.html

The Java applets in CF had a certificate that expired in 2010. You can apply this update and it should fix your issue.

Not quite, but thanks.  I did encounter that problem and fixed it with that very article.

I just want to avoid the certificate screen at the client that first asks you to run it.  I have found an article that says that CF7 does not support client side certificates and if that's true, I may be stuck.

All the more reason for my company to go forward with our plans to phase out all ColdFusion solutions.

Or rather than blaming a 6 year old application you could upgrade to ColdFusion 9.  Or, you could use the "Flash" format of the CFGrid instead of Java.  Lots of other solutions than to dump a tech you have invested in.  Just my $0.02.
