CFGrid Certification Files

I have tasked with solving an issue that I have no idea how to fix.

We are using Coldfusion MX7 and I am using CFGrid in one my applications that reside inside a intranet network.  The applications are used by 500 retail stores all of which are on a closed system (no access to the internet).

I am trying to avoid having to tell 500 stores to click Run on the certification screen.  I just want the gird to work when they first start it.  I have found the keytool.exe and am trying to hunt down the certification file.  I have tried two files that I thought were the right file but they have not worked.

On top of that, in some stores, we are being prompted for a password (but not all stores).

What file can I push down to the stores so they do not have to click Run and they do not have to type in a password.
