cfgrid in model-glue form scope is empty

I have a coldfusion 10 model-glue application with an html cfgrid. select mode is set to row. Submitting the form to the action page the form scope is empty. The same code works in CF 8. It's a win 2008 r2 server, 64 bit.

I'm out of ideas, anyone encounter this?
