CFGRID not working

I am running into a problem with CFGRID.  My page w/ the CFGRID only works if I access the page via the webserver's internal ip address.  If I try to access that same page via the domain the CFGRID does not display anything.  Not sure what is wrong.  I've had this problem since v8.  I Just upgraded to CF9.  Can someone please help and let me know what I'm doing wrong.  is there a setting in admin I need to enable for this to be view by the outside world?  This is for both Flash and normat format.

Thanks,

Jimmy

    Looks very strange..

Reach out to your Administrator / ISP and make sure that your website has been mapped with "\CFIDE\scripts" directory , and you have proper access permissions over it..

Thank you for the feedback.  just check the admin page and all and it does show the path to my CFIDEscripts listed,  I can have cfform.js file inside that.  Could this script be going out on a different port? I Know I have allow port 80 & 443 open in the firewall.  Any other place I should check.  At this point all is using default settings.  I have never played around w/ the admin page other than setting up my mailserver and odbc connection.  Any feed back is greatly appreciated.
