cfinput

I found a problem with the mask feature in the cfinput that when I put one it adds another number in my field.

For example:

Now if i was to put 25 in the field and submit it to the DB. it insets correctly, but when i go into edit mode and set it to return whats in the DB it comes out as 2500, even though in the DB itself has the correct entry which is 25. Any idea why and how i could fix it? I just wanted to make sure that people only enter numbers in the field and no letter and symbols.
