.cfm file not propagating from the database

Hi

I have a cfm file that pulls live data from a mssql database.   Recently on a windows 10 computer it stopped pulling data.  It creates the spread sheet, but no data is in it. 

The only thing I can see that is changed is that CF was updated from version 10 to 11.  The above .cfm file still works on a computer with CF 10 on it.   No changes have been made to the file.

I'm still learning CF (I had this created for me by an experienced programmer) and so I'm not sure where to look to fix it.
