Participating Frequently

The centerlatitude attribute says "This attribute must be used with the centerlatitude attribute."

And likewise the centerlongitude attribute says "This attribute must be used with the centerlongitude attribute."

Shouldn't those be the other way around (i.e. the centerlatitude should be used with the centerlongitude, and vice-versa)?
