AllowSecure was obsoleted in 9.0 update 1 however I see it still listed here: http://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/kb/known-issues-coldfusion-9-0.html Bug #82696. To get the same effect, if you flatten a pdf with both form fields and signing fields, the signing field will still exist.
