cfpdf PDFDocException CF 11

Hi All,

Clean install of CF 11 on Windows server 2012 iis 8

We have existing code <cfpdf action="thumbnail" which works on CF10

But in CF 11 I getting the following error in the application log

PDFDocException <p/>

<cfpdf action="thumbnail" source="pdf/balmain.pdf" destination="images/" overwrite="yes" pages="1">

Any help ??
