Cfpresentation in CF 10 and CF 11 not formatting correctly

I found a thread that references Bug #4169795 and how td's are being seen as tr's and is marked fixed but I do not see a solution in the post.

I have tried using a table as well as floating divs with inline styling with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
