CFServer 10, Hotfix 18, no debug output

Hello, all,

My boss is trying to get some debugging information on a project that he's working on.  Our SA says that the option to display debugging information is no longer present in CFAdmin.  We are running CF10 hotfix 18.  Has anyone else had this option disappear on them?
