CFtooltip not working

CFtooltip is working properly on my development system, but not on the shared host server.
What should I tell the system administrator?
The error messages say 'Coldfusion not defined' and 'YAHOO not defined'.
It looks as if some libraries are not loaded.

    Just fix it yourself by uploading the /cfide/scripts/ directory.
