Cold Fusion 10 server not printing the logs.

Hi ,

We are using the Cold Fusion 10 server and it was unresponsive state 2 times. Noticed it is not generated any logs and errors during incident.

Can you guide me what are logs need to enable to capture details of the error when ever incident occur.

    What logs are you looking at. Do these logs show entries at other times?

    Depending on what is causing the unresponsiveness could mean that no logs are able to be written.

    Hi

    Am looking below logs files, yes the below logs not showing entries an other times.

    1.Exception.log

    2. server.log

    3. application.log

    4. coldfusion-out.log

    5.colfusion-event.log.

    we are usin windows 2008r2 as the OS of cold fusion application server

    unresponsive means - the Cold fusion windows services up and running & able to access admin console, but the application URL's not able to access and logs not showing any entries at that moment. once the Cold fusion windows service restarted able to access application URL's.
