Cold Fusion 9.0.1 CFHF4 install

I am using http://forums.adobe.com/message/5991203 to apply security patch for CF 9.0.1 and ran into the following error when I tried to select 'chf9010004.jar located under CF901/lib/updates directory:

Server Error - IO error on server communication

Please advise,

In the update file box type the entire path including the chf9010004.jar and click submit changes as shown in the screenshot mentioned below. Then you need not to click on browse and you will not get the error
