This may sound like a dumb question, but if you have a site built in Coldfusion (.net on front and back end) and you want to make a new home page with something you built in dreameaver (index.html)  Can that even be done?  I know nothing about coldfusion.  The company that designed our website wants a fortune to redo the homepage and I can easily design it in dreamweaver so want to do it myself.  The site they created several years ago was designed for small screens and our CEO wants a homepage that we can put more info on and also update the look a little.  I don't blame him, we are very limited right now with the existing page.  Anyway, will it work?

Thanks!!

Coldfusion is happy with index.html, even happier with index.cfm
