Cold Fusion Crashing for no reason....

We migrated our server from Server 2003 to Server 2003 R2 running Cold Fusion MX 6.1.0.83762. It's crashing constantly with nothing really in the logs. We were getting out of memory errors and did some changes in the administration tool and have not seen those errors again. Today it crashed and there is no mention in the logs, just suddenly database connection timeouts. In the default-event log there is just entries for today from when I rebooted the server.

I should add the other night there was a java.io.IOException: unexpected end of part error but I'm not sure if that was what caused the crash. We have all the services set to restart indefinitely.

I'm at my wits end. Can anyone help????
