Cold Fusion Licencing

Good morning

I have been unable to get a definitive answer on this issue, and have spent hours on hold.

I am in the process of Rehosting some virtual machines from one data centre to another

the Virtual machine will be replicated from one datacenter to the other with DoubleTake, and will have a new IP and MAC address

There is some concern around the Cold Fusion licencing.

Is it tied to IP or MAC address at all?

As far as I can tell, it's entirely serial number driven. There should be no issue with changes to IP or MAC addresses.
