Cold Fusion Scheduled Task Error

I am trying to set up a new sceduled task and get the following error message in the log:

"Error while executing task Connection Failure: Status code unavailable"

I have other tasks running against the same application and can run the new task directly in the browser without issue.

We are using CF9 and have recently applied HotFix APSB13-03.

Can someone detail how to troubleshoot this issue.

The first thing to try is connecting to the URL in your scheduled task from a browser on that ColdFusion server.  Does that work?  Does it require authentication?
