ColdFusion 10 Administrator - can't add new user

I don't have the option to add more than 1 user, I am using Standard:

When I expand Security, I only have 2 options.

Can I add more users?

      How do I know?  I set up the site, as far as I know this is the only user.

      Unless you changed it the username will be 'admin'. The username can be set to something different during installation of CF as well. Is this dedicated hosting you have or is this on a shared hosting setup?

      The menu you see if what you usually get when an additional user is added and given permission to the security section. As an additional user though it is restricted to what you can do.
