ColdFusion 10 Administrator Console Settings Missing

I am having an issue with my ColdFusion 10 enterprise server. On the ColdFusion Administrator page, underneath "DATA & SERVICES" I am missing "Rest Services". Does anyone know how I can get this option to show up?

Which browser are you using? What about opening the ColdFusion Administrator in a different browser?
